The lettuce harvesting knives improve the working position of the picker during daily harvesting operations.
In line with the handle (and wrist), the small length at the end of the blade cuts the lettuce while the long length gives you the option to trim the heart of the lettuce if necessary. The knife is angled so that you can cut with one hand while the other hand holds the lettuce.
These knives are widely used in large-scale operations for their robustness, ergonomics and working comfort.
PLEASE NOTE: The model needs to be adjusted to suit the operator’s dominant hand (right or left-handed).
